- Steam diced papaya pieces until they become soft and tender.
- Blend the steamed papaya into a perfectly smooth puree for a creamy texture.
- Prepare a rich jaggery syrup by dissolving jaggery in water over medium heat.
- Gently pour the papaya puree into the warm jaggery syrup and stir well.
- Simmer the mixture on low heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens to your desired consistency.
- Stir in fragrant cardamom powder and creamy coconut milk. Mix thoroughly.
