Instructions

  1. Steam diced papaya pieces until they become soft and tender.
  2. Blend the steamed papaya into a perfectly smooth puree for a creamy texture.
  3. Prepare a rich jaggery syrup by dissolving jaggery in water over medium heat.
  4. Gently pour the papaya puree into the warm jaggery syrup and stir well.
  5. Simmer the mixture on low heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens to your desired consistency.
  6. Stir in fragrant cardamom powder and creamy coconut milk. Mix thoroughly.
  7. Garnish with ghee-fried cashews and raisins for added flavor and texture. Serve warm and enjoy!
