- First, dry roast spice powders like coriander, chili, turmeric, pepper, and garam masala in a pan until fragrant.
- In a bowl, combine beef with sliced onions, ginger, garlic, coconut slivers, curry leaves, coconut oil, and salt.
- Mix well to coat the beef and marinate for at least 30 minutes to absorb the flavors.
- Pressure cook the marinated beef until tender – typically 4-5 whistles, depending on your cooker.
- Heat coconut oil in a pan or wok over medium-high heat.
