Instructions
- Thoroughly clean the chicken and marinate with salt, pepper, and ginger-garlic paste. For extra tenderness, add 2 tbsp of yogurt.
- Heat 1 tbsp refined oil in a heavy-bottomed pan or wok over medium heat.
- Add the marinated chicken and a pinch of turmeric powder. Sauté for 3-5 minutes until lightly browned.
- Add 1/4 cup water and cook until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.
- Once cooked, add 1 medium chopped onion and stir-fry until golden brown and crisp.
- Garnish with 2 tbsp fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with your favorite side dish.
