Ingredients

  • Chicken boneless 250 g
  • Ginger garlic paste 0.5 tsp
  • Yogurt 2 tbsp
  • Pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Onion 1 medium
  • Salt 0.5 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 0.25 tsp
  • Refined oil 1 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Thoroughly clean the chicken and marinate with salt, pepper, and ginger-garlic paste. For extra tenderness, add 2 tbsp of yogurt.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp refined oil in a heavy-bottomed pan or wok over medium heat.
  3. Add the marinated chicken and a pinch of turmeric powder. Sauté for 3-5 minutes until lightly browned.
  4. Add 1/4 cup water and cook until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.
  5. Once cooked, add 1 medium chopped onion and stir-fry until golden brown and crisp.
  6. Garnish with 2 tbsp fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with your favorite side dish.
