Instructions

  1. Lightly flatten bread slices with a rolling pin.
  2. Cut out circular shapes from the bread using a cookie cutter or bowl.
  3. Place 1 teaspoon of ice cream in the center of each bread circle.
  4. Moisten the edges of the bread with water and carefully seal to enclose the ice cream.
  5. Top with another bread circle and firmly seal all edges to prevent leakage.
  6. Freeze the breaded ice cream for at least 2 hours, or until solid.
  7. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat for frying.
  8. Fry the frozen ice cream bread pieces until golden brown and crispy, about 30-60 seconds per side.
