  • Oreo biscuits 300 g
  • Milk 150 ml
  • Baking powder 0.25 tsp
  • Oreo biscuits (for cream) 5 count
  • Milk (for cream) 50 ml

Instructions

  1. Preheat a baking pan for 10 minutes to prepare for baking.
  2. Grind Oreo biscuits into a fine powder and combine with milk and baking powder.
  3. Line a cake pan with butter paper or grease it well, then pour in the chocolate cake mixture.
  4. Place the cake tin inside the preheated pan for a water bath baking method.
  5. Bake on low heat for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  6. Let the cake cool completely before frosting.
  7. For the cream, powder 5 Oreo biscuits (remove the cream filling), mix with 50ml of milk, and cook until it thickens into a smooth cream.
  8. Pour the Oreo cream over the slightly warm, cooled cake. Alternatively, drizzle with melted chocolate.
  9. Enjoy this delicious cake as is, or with the creamy topping – it's great either way!
